Do you collect my data?
No. Olana has no accounts, analytics or ads. Your history, bookmarks, passwords and downloads stay on your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy for the few connections optional features make.
A website looks broken. What should I do?
Tap the shield in the address bar and turn Shields off for that site. The page reloads without blocking. Let us know the address so we can improve the lists.
How do I make Olana my default browser?
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap Apps ▸ Default Apps ▸ Browser App, and choose Olana. (This option appears once the app is available on the App Store.)
Do downloads continue when I switch apps?
Yes — downloads from links and saved videos keep going in the background. You can change this in Settings ▸ Downloads ▸ Download in background.
How do I get files to my computer?
Open Downloads ▸ Share over Wi‑Fi, then open the address shown on your iPhone in any browser on the same Wi‑Fi and enter the PIN. Your files also appear in the iPhone Files app and in Finder when connected by cable.
Where are my passwords and 2FA codes stored?
In your iPhone's Keychain, on this device only, protected by Face ID or your passcode. They aren't synced or sent anywhere — keep your sites' recovery codes somewhere safe in case you change phones.
Olana AI says it isn't available
Olana AI uses Apple's on-device model, which needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, iOS 26 or later, and Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings.
How do I restore or cancel Olana Pro?
To restore: Settings ▸ Olana Pro ▸ Restore purchases. To cancel: Settings ▸ Olana Pro ▸ Manage subscription, or in your Apple Account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
I forgot my Olana passcode
Tap "Forgot passcode?" on the lock screen and confirm with your iPhone's own passcode or Face ID.
